Dairy-free Sorbetto:

Sorbetto is a vegan, dairy-free, and gluten-free Italian frozen dessert made from fruit, water, and sugar. It’s the perfect lactose-friendly treat for those with dietary restrictions. 

The sorbetto is 100% dairy free. Since sorbetto is primarily water-based instead of dairy, sorbetto typically has the lowest fat content compared to ice cream and gelato. Like gelato, sorbetto also contains less air than ice cream to give it an indulgently dense texture.

“ How does it work? We produce the minimum quantity of 2000 ml per On Demand flavour and they are delivered in 1000 ml containers, however, if the flavour you want is in production, you can get one container of 1000 ml. We will publish the flavours in production every week on our social media”.
